You can book a service or repair slot online on the website, by calling us or simply bringing your bike in. We'll always have a chat with you before assesing the bike. :)

Alll regular services, including the full-rebuild are performed within 48 hours. Repairs may vary as they are subject to parts & spares availability. If you cycle to work we do offer courtesey bicycles & electric bikes, for mid service and above.

We love bikes but are strapped for space, therefore once we inform you that the bike (or, ebike, escooter etc) is ready for collection, we allow up to 2 weeks for collection, thereafter we charge £35 per week penalty storage fees. If you do require a long-term bike storage we do offer a separate service from as little as £60 per calendar month. Get in touch for more details.

Yes. We revive bikes from their graves. As long as your frame is in sound condition we can bring your pride ride back from the dead!

The above prices do not include parts (unless otherwise stated) and are general prices for standard/popular structured bikes subject to refinement upon assessing the repair/service required. We cannot list every combination of bike repair or component fit, and some bikes may incur additional costs: we always do our best on prices and services. If during a service/repair it is discovered that additional work is required, we will contact you. You will always be advised about component replacements during your estimate, and if anything is found whilst the work has commenced you will be contacted before any further work is completed. This may delay the expected collection date.

Yes — if getting to the shop is a pain, we can often arrange collection and drop-off, and we also offer a mobile service for certain jobs. Just contact us with a few details and we’ll see what’s best for you.
