In addition to the information you provide us directly, we sometimes for your safety and legal reasons we collect personal information from CCTV (outside and inside of our shop).

How we use personal information

We use your personal information to contact you, to provide you with services and enforce our legal rights. We need some personal information before we can provide you with services, for example for processing your booking and payment, or responding to an enquiry or request for information. It may be difficult to provide you with some of our services if we don’t have the right information.

Sharing and transferring personal information

We do not share information with our suppliers and other third parties.  We may share information with regulators and law enforcement only if necessary.  Personal information may be transferred to other countries outside the UK for limited purposes related to storing the information, but only where we are satisfied that suitable protection is in place.

Retaining personal information

We keep personal information securely only up to 3 years. Sometimes we need your consent to use your personal information (for example sending you newsletters or for other marketing purposes). We won’t always need your consent to use personal information – for example, if we need it to meet a legal obligation or if we are entering into a contract with you, or to fulfil a contract with you.  Where you’ve given us consent, you have a right to withdraw it at any time.
